Raquette River Brewing

I had no idea these guys were here, but if you're looking for a break from FCP (for some reason), this may be the answer! Looks like they are down past the Raquette Pond park (where Woodsmans Field Days and the big flea market are held in Tupper Lake) on RT 3. I'll be making the journey one day just to check it out. It sounds delightful.

Well worth the trip. It's on the other end of the village heading out of town. They have samplers and growlers. There are also several food trucks there, one of which used to be the Market Restaurant that used to be on the right hand side of the road as you left Tupper Lake heading to Fish Creek. Anyone who has ever eaten there will tell you how great the food is. On weekends there is usually live entertainment too.

Been going there since they opened when the tasting room was the size of a large shed. Have enjoyed watching it grow and expand over the years. Unfortunately it sounds like he may have outgrown his supply right now. Co-worker just came back and said a few taps were empty, he had a "guest beer" on tap from Lake Placid and was limiting growler fills due to lack of quantity. Likely just a small hiccup in the progression here. The beers have always been good. I'll be up there in a week and will certainly be making a stop there as we always do. Hope that the next expansion project is more fermented to keep up with the growing demand and growing facility. Want to see this place continue to succeed.

Also be sure to try out the new Ray Brook Brewery in Ray Brook across from Tail O Duh Pup. Great beers and interesting/good food!
