Birding

Postby Rollins Fan » Tue Mar 04, 2014 9:41 pm

I do a lot of birdwatching at home, and some while camping. We have seen eagles, and mergansers, cedar waxwings, raven, and some song birds. At home, I have bird feeders but haven't really tried that while camping. Any other birders at Rollins? Any special sightings? Do you put out feeders?

If you think you are too small to be effective, you have never been in the dark with a mosquito.

Ok, so no feeders. Has anyone seen any great birds with their binoculars? I have used the nice reclining lounger to look up in the tall pines. Some of those little song birds are fast movers.
