To get you in the mood for boating

A chance to take the racing runabout out after FC closed for the season. No waves to contend with so just opened it up.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JpEe25tDUug

Excellent Kevin! Great perspective. Looks like you are using a GoPro. Which one do you have?

Was that in late October?

Watch your summer 2016 video as well. Looks like you had quite the summer. Remembered seeing you out in your vast array of boats this summer lol. Think you bring more boat toy options than any other camper at FCP!

I have my new DJI OSMO+ setup for this summer which should produce some awesome 4K super videos. It has as an electronic gimbal for buttery smooth video. Should be fun!.

GoPro has their Karma Grip which I was going to buy along with a Hero 5 but alas they screwed up big time and all their Karma products were recalled before Christmas. Too bad. I had a Hero2 prior to that.

Could not resist on my trip up to a friends cottage at Donaldsons. Without waves or any boat traffic these little racers are a joy to run around in (notice how little wake they make). This is my son's boat which we just got done working on the outboard the 3 point stayed home. This past summer's missions was to ride the rails one more time between Saranac and Tupper before they get pulled and to find a swimming hole on the Boquet River (oh, that was nice). Already working on the task for next year. Picked up a 1954 12 ft penn ya swift and hopefully will have it ready for the water by July. They are pretty boats and popular for their age, with many pics on Google. Here is the blog for my rebuild if interested https://pennyanbbs.org/index.php?/topic/6993-12ft-swift-rebuild/&
