Hi, We have never been to FCP or Rollins in the high season but we had a look at what could be interesting (quiet) sites in the regular season. I would suggest C13 or C14 (even better) for privacy... But no lake view there (or limited stars view)... It also depends if you have a tent or a big camper...

I just spoke with someone at the park and he went to check the stream access close to the bridge. Part of the stream is unfrozen but he doesn't think we could go very far with the kayaks.
Looking at the pics I have the feeling the stream at FCP is probably OK up to Copperas Pond or Little Square Pond. Maybe even Floodwood...
